Who we are
Oxford Innovation Finance (‘we’ or ‘us’) is the home of OION, one of the oldest and largest Angel Investment Networks in the UK, and the Oxford Innovation EIS Growth Fund. Oxford Innovation Finance and OION are trading names of Oxford Investment Opportunity Network Limited (‘OION Ltd’), which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 564525).

When processing your personal data we are defined as the ‘Controller’ under the Data Protection Legislation and are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, number ZA035468.
Information we collect
Personal data are any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person – you – such as names, surnames, location data, home address, identification card number, e-mail address, internet protocol (IP) address, financial information, etc. It includes any data that could be linked to you and used to contact, locate, or track you.
We collect personal data directly from yourself or from third parties. The personal data that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal data.
If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, e-mail address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.
Your data protection rights

We will respond to your requests as soon as possible and, in any case, not more than one month of receiving it. In some cases we may need more time to complete your request, however, we will keep you informed if this is the case.
